Directly they serve mainly Germany, Poland and the Baltic States, but in recent years the company has grown rapidly in all areas.
They supply numerous small and medium-sized breweries with yeast, as they are able to produce in large volumes.
As a result, their pricing is very competitive and they sell many strains that, for example, Fermentis or Lallemand do not.
Their yeasts are available in 500 g for breweries and 10 g for home brewers.
The quality is good and the yeast cell count is on a par with other major producers.
Therefore, the dosage will be the same, 0.5-1 gram per litre on average, i.e. 1 sachet of yeast is enough to ferment 10-21 litres of beer.
For cold fermentation and/or high alcohol beers, more may be needed!
