Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain to produce a traditional Irish whiskey. This particular yeast is used in all major distilleries across Ireland.To promote the productivity of the yeast, we recommend adding Glucoamylase. Before use, hydrate the yeast in 27c water for 30 minutes.
