Cascade hops are something I don't think we need to introduce to anyone. It's used almost all over the world, it's one of the most widely grown varieties. It's found in almost every kind of beer, be it IPA, APA or even a lager. Along with citrus and resinous notes, there is also a hint of floral aroma. Unfortunately, it is rarely used on its own. This SMaSH beer shows what Cascade can really do.

By default, our recipe packs do not contain any water treatment agents unless specifically stated in the description. If you need water treatment, you can buy it at a discount HERE.

Malt:

4.5kg Viking Pale Ale malt

Hops(+ boiling time):

30min - 10g Magnum hops

10min - 30g Cascade hops

whirlpool - 60g Cascade hops

dryhops - 110g Cascade hops

Yeast:

1 Brewline English Ale (S-04)
