Details

Citra is a very special hop. In 1990 it was bred with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Tettnanger, Brewer's Gold and East Kent Golding. Commercially available since 2008. Its aromas are really discovered in a SMaSH beer.

Malt:

4.5kg Viking Pale Ale malt

Hops (+ boiling time):

10min - 30g Citra hops

25min - 60g Citra hops

Dry hops - 110g Citra hops

Yeast:

1pc Brewline English Ale (S-04)
