5.25kg Viking Pale ale malt

0.25kg Viking Caramel 100 amlt

Hops(+boiling time):

15g Magnum - 60 minutes

50g Centennial - 80C whirlpool, 20 minutes

50g El Dorado - 80C whirlpool, 20 minutes

50g Zappa - 80C whirlpool, 20 minutes

50g Centennial - dry hop, 2 days

50g El Dorado - dry hop, 2 days

50g Zappa - dry hop, 2 days

Yeast:

Fermentis US-05

Brewline Actilive Fertilizer - 5g
