With the stick-on thermometer, we can easily monitor the temperature of the fermenter. There is a vertical and horizontal design. Due to the layering of the liquid, the horizontal measures the temperature of a given layer more accurately. The vertical thermometer covers a larger band, so we get a more general picture of the temperature of the fermenter.
