Found in many foods, especially cola, meat dishes and cheese. It has no known side effects, but the maximum daily intake is limited to 70 mg/kg body weight because of its strong calcium-binding capacity, which removes calcium from the body.

Acid-based descaling agents leave no trace on the surface. Simply spray the solution onto the previously cleaned surface, wait 60 seconds and allow the excess to drip off. Make sure the mixing ratio is correct. The mixture does not foam!

Attention! Due to the foaming agents contained in ChemiPro SAN / Star San products, according to the latest EU legislation, they cannot be used without rinsing, as they will deposit and accumulate in the servo net!

Dosage: 10ml / 1l, at this concentration it disinfects very well.

Contact time: 60 seconds

Rinsing: not required.
