Gozdawa US East Coast "Conan" is the most famous yeast strain from the U.S. East Coast, for all new wave American beers with fruity esters. It produces a tropical fruit aroma characteristic of the U.S. East Coast. High gravity strain with good attenuation and medium flocculation.
