A true missionary who approaches his prey calm and collected. Peels any and every doubt against beer off the doubters with ease. Beer is coursing through his veins and by the time his target realises who they’re dealing with, they have already fallen captive of the spirit.

Classic bayerish lager yeast recommended for pilsner type beers. Slightly malty, has a pleasantly ester flavour profile. Ferments at a relatively low temperature between 7-12°C but can also be used between 18-20°C. Diacetyl rest required afterwards.
