Some temptations can be resisted but you wouldn’t want to with this one! Priest Passion is an overwhelming, Hell-loose-breaking, explosive then relaxing but then explosive again rollercoaster of indulgence. One thing’s for sure, it’s exhausting!

It is inconsistent yeast that is slow to start then gets stuck and will only restart at a higher temperature. The ale displays characteristics of citrus, peppers and fruits. Results in a dry and fizzy fermentation. Beers made with this yeast are a guaranteed success in the summer heat.
