The oddball of the monastery. A star priest approaching his congregation in a new way – with raging success. His uplifting sermons make even the darkest of souls bloom to the joy of their brethren.
Another member of the Belgian yeast family. Ideal for Dubbel or Tripel ales. It is very different to other Belgian yeasts in the esters it’s creating thus having a completely different taste. Characterised by balanced fruity esters and phenols.
