Father Tibi is holding up a mirror to society: He’s drinking beer while preaching stupidity! He uses the wisdom he gathered on long pilgrimages to many Belgian breweries to reinvent their legacy and bottle it to spread amongst the worshippers in a modern form.

Classic Belgian yeast. Keeps fruity and spicy esters in balance – none of them are dominant but both are present. In comparison to other Belgian strains this type is very easy to settle thus creating a very clear ale.
