Haggis is Scotland’s three-legged Highlander. Staying true to his Scottish roots he’s tight, always looking to save a penny – he’s the poster boy of efficiency. He won’t bother with processing all the malt or generating more than the required amount of esters.

A real Scottish yeast, perfect for Scottish type ales. Has a real strong and malty character. Settles easily, resulting in a bright clear ale. Has a higher stronger ester profile when fermenting at higher temperatures. Available in a wide variety of temperature profiles.
