A mysterious shadow in London’s mist, approaching it is not for the faint-hearted! His personality is a blend of the rebelliousness of a punk and the elegance of a gentleman. His bittersweet appearance may well get out of our sight, but will never leave our mind.
This strain has an exceptional harmony of malt and hop profiles making it a perfect choice for a New England IPA. The yeast is able to transform the geraniol content in the hops into terpenes during fermentation creating tastefully strong fruity esters.
