Viking Rye Malt is produced from high-quality rye. The malting process does not differ much from pilsner malt
production. Final air-on temperature is normally 72-80⁰C. Rye Malt gives a characteristic rye and honey aroma, reminiscent of rye bread or pumpernickel.

Viking Malt comes from a small town in Finland and has grown to be a big name in the world of malt-making. Over the years, they've joined forces with other malt producers in the Baltic area. Now, they're the top malt company in Northern Europe and one of the biggest in all of Europe. They get their grains from places in North and East Europe where the air is cleaner, which means their malt has a fresh and pure taste.

The price indicated is gross price, minimum order quantity 0,1kg. If you need a larger quantity, e.g. 1.5kg of malt, add 15pcs to the basket, or if you need 2.3kg, add 23pcs.
