Some like it hot! This northern flower is the champ of the sauna who takes no notice of heat. On the contrary, the heat is where she’s in her element! When everyone else is sweating she’s twisting any malt around her finger with her fruity magic, leaving her conquering scent behind.
Farmhouse ale yeast of Norwegian origin. Will not produce irritating kosma oils or unpleasant esters even when used at 40°C. Characterized by notes of citrus and orange peels which changes into peach when increasing temperature. Strongly recommended for brewers who have no method of controlled fermentation yet.
