Farmster is a truly special yeast. It’s halfway between Belgian and Saison type yeasts. Best result are achieved by fermenting at higher temperatures. Leaves behind Belgian aromas with phenol and scent of peppery and citrusy Saison. It’s the perfect choice for farmhouse ales and Saison beers.
