It has balls just as Mickey from Snatch, or Tyler Durden from Fight Club, and just as charming as Joe Black: he is the Belgian cousin of big Brad, Brett. Only instead of admiring your eyes it focuses on your taste buds, playing its role without the slightest prim.

Classic Brett strain, recommended for secondary fermentation. Moderately intensive, fresh grass and land in taste and in smell. Great choice for lambic beers or further fermentation of Belgian brews. Very impressive in wooden barrel fermentations.
