Traditional “Bock” style beer. Well developed malt flavours with distinctive hops flavours and reddish in colour.

Fermentation: after 1 to 2 days, move to a cooler room (14°C to 18°C).

Secondary fermentation: glucose.

Leave to mature for at least 5 weeks.

From the recipe package you can make approx. 23 liters of beer.
