setups. The built-in 3" sight glass allows you to monitor your wash as it boils, so you can catch foam-ups or boilovers before they

happen.

When brewing beer indoors, this lid is ideal for steam condenser use – you can add hops or brewing salts without removing the entire

lid. Just unscrew the sight glass (carefully – it may be hot) and drop them in.
